Living Wages for all employees

We have trouble hiring some staff because the wages are too low. I am committed to improving the wages of our employees that do not receive a living wage at this time.

Yes, other school systems also have trouble hiring people into these jobs, but pay is certainly an element of the challenges we face and having a living wage is the morally correct way to treat these important people we depend on.
